BICS provides an IT infrastructure for gathering and dissemination of data by business crime reduction partnerships.
The system was developed in association with the Department of Trade and Industry and the British Retail Consortium and is currently used by over 60 crime reduction partnership schemes and 20 police forces throughout the UK.
