Personal training development plans can be set-up for individuals or groups, with each training plan developed in accordance with the individual’s needs. Training schedules can be set-up for all types of courses including mandatory training, health & safety, induction and specialist courses. Training courses can be ‘linked’ to ensure that appropriate training is provided in sequence. Course attendance can be linked to a trainee’s personal development plan ensuring that an individual’s training portfolio is up-to-date. For chargeable courses, the system can produce billing requests and invoices. Standard reports, including attendance registers and course certificates, can be produced. An analysis tool is available as well so that user-defined reports and queries can be generated. |
