Hicom’s Training Development systems have been designed to manage personnel training and course attendance within a healthcare environment.

Training and Personal Development systems can be used as discrete networked solutions or integrated into Intrepid, supplementing a healthcare professional’s career and training portfolio.

All systems have been developed for use across the wider healthcare workforce, with generic modules available in support of all training requirements (Training Development) as well as more specific modules designed to support Personal Development and Course Administration.
