The Staff Bank system was designed to support the recruitment and management of ‘bank’ staff & the placement of staff into temporary positions.

The Staff Bank system provides the following facilities for bank staff:

• A comprehensive personnel database, including contact, demographic and work details
• Fitness to work information including immigration details, PIN details, health & police checks
• Work history, including previous appointments, education and training
• Contact information incorporating both contracted and bank hours and annual leave entitlements
• Bank appointment information including the grade, payscale and start date
• Work preferences, incorporating the ward and shift preferences
• Availability (or non-availability) records

The Staff Bank system can record the following details for each temporary appointment:

• The ward, date(s) and shift type (and times)
• Any specific training requirements.
• The grade required.

Using the above profile, the Staff Bank system will select suitable staff for appointment. If a suitable individual cannot be matched from the bank, the Staff Bank system will administer the process of Agency appointment as well.

Costing information can recorded by hour and by grade, shift, ward and agency. Export and Interface facilities are available to enable weekly and monthly payment schedules to be produced and reconciled with payroll and finance systems.

Powerful reporting and analysis facilities are available, enabling both pre-defined and user-defined reports and outputs to be produced.
