Hicom have developed a number of Recruitment and Appointment systems that can either be used as disconnected network systems or integrated with Intrepid to provide a total solution for workforce career management.

Originally developed to support the recruitment and retention of doctors, Hicom’s suite of recruitment systems can be used across the wider workforce to manage the selection and appointment of healthcare professionals.

Modules have been developed in support of both Primary Care Recruitment and Secondary Care Recruitment.
