The contact management system provides facility for the management of locations and contacts associated with your organisation.

The contact management system enables locations (addresses) to be recorded with any number of associated contacts. Each contact can, in turn, be attributed to any number locations, enabling one address to be associated with many contacts and one contact to be associated with many addresses.

Any number of contact methods can be associated to an individual contact, with facilities to automatically generate emails and telephone calls (subject to telephony equipment options) from the system.

A mail merge facility is integrated into the contact management system, enabling user-prepared Word documents and email templates to be generated for one contact or a selected group of contacts.

An analysis tool is provided with the system, enabling user-defined reports, graphs, labels and outputs to be produced.

The contact management system has the capability of interfacing and synchronising with Microsoft Outlook and other sources of contact information.
