| Analysis & Reporting
In addition to the pre-defined reports that are provided with most of Hicom’s Clinical systems, Hicom also provide an Analysis facility that enables users to design and prepare their own reports and outputs. The analysis tool can be used to select data by applying user-defined criteria, assisted by intuitive drag-and-drop features. Any query developed can be used to produce a series of outputs. Printed reports can be designed with ease, again using drag-and-drop facilities. Reports can be sorted or grouped, with headers and/or footers added and totals defined. Histograms, Pie charts, Stack, Plot, Trend and Line graphs can be easily produced in both 2-D and 3-D format. Reporting or graphing data can be exported to a number of different sources, including Excel™, Word™, Access™ and CSV. Labels and mail-merge documents can be set-up and merged with the selected data. Email lists can also be prepared for bulk mailing purposes. Any user-defined query, report or output can be saved within the system, so that it can be recalled for re-use at a later date. |
